The Official Pinterest Welcome Party at Cairns Crocodiles 2026 was built around an immersive cosmic-inspired theme, transforming the venue into a futuristic world of light, colour and sensory experiences. With its focus on imagination, escapism and larger-than-life visuals, the event created the perfect environment for an AURA drone light show.
To bring the atmosphere into the sky, AURA launched 500 drones above the crowd in a fully choreographed aerial performance designed to feel cinematic, unexpected and unforgettable. Guests watched as a giant UFO appeared overhead before a massive crocodile moved across the night sky toward the audience, creating moments that stopped the entire event in its tracks.
Throughout the performance, hundreds of phones were raised as guests captured and shared the experience in real time, perfectly reflecting AURA’s philosophy: Experience Real Engagement.
